    That feeling when you see the success of what youโ€™re building for yourself, and then you get to share it with others too ๐ŸฅฐSince working remotely, Iโ€™ve felt the struggles to be connected to my team, and to other professionals. You really have to put yourself out there. Iโ€™m a pretty big personality, but Iโ€™m also very shy (what a wild combo huh?). So it takes some intentionality for me to get connected to others. I know that I do my absolute best work when I am connected to my team, my companyโ€™s mission, colleagues to ask support and advice from, and customers to learn from. Specifically, Iโ€™ve had success in sales when I feel this level of connection. Itโ€™s led to closing company-record deals and meeting my annual quota in 8 months. Iโ€™ve felt the impact that connection can have on my work. And now, I get to share that success with others.Iโ€™m excited to share that Iโ€™m transitioning to a new role at Campfire: Customer Growth Manager.
