That feeling when you see the success of what youโre building for yourself, and then you get to share it with others too ๐ฅฐSince working remotely, Iโve felt the struggles to be connected to my team, and to other professionals. You really have to put yourself out there. Iโm a pretty big personality, but Iโm also very shy (what a wild combo huh?). So it takes some intentionality for me to get connected to others. I know that I do my absolute best work when I am connected to my team, my companyโs mission, colleagues to ask support and advice from, and customers to learn from. Specifically, Iโve had success in sales when I feel this level of connection. Itโs led to closing company-record deals and meeting my annual quota in 8 months. Iโve felt the impact that connection can have on my work. And now, I get to share that success with others.Iโm excited to share that Iโm transitioning to a new role at Campfire: Customer Growth Manager. I'll be helping our existing customers and find new ones.
